Senior Practitioners Only · Independent · High Impact

We hire practitioners who have actually shipped AI

Most AI consulting firms hire MBAs with no production experience and train them to advise enterprises. We do the opposite. Every advisor at AI Advisory Practice has personally deployed AI systems at enterprise scale before joining us. If your experience is primarily slide decks and workshops, this is not the right role.

Our Philosophy

Why practitioners choose us over big-firm roles

We built this practice specifically to create a home for senior AI practitioners who are tired of advising from the sidelines and want to do the actual work.

You Work With the Client, Not for the Partner
At most large advisory firms, senior talent wins the work and junior staff deliver it. Here, the senior practitioner who sells the engagement leads it from start to finish. Clients get your expertise, not your name in a credential box.
Independence Means You Give Honest Advice
We accept no vendor referral fees, implementation kickbacks, or platform partnership revenue. When you recommend an AI platform to a client, your recommendation is based purely on their requirements and your independent assessment. No conflicts, no politics.
You Define Your Engagement Load
Our practitioners manage between 2 and 4 active client engagements at a time, with enough depth in each to do quality work. We do not measure utilization rates. We measure client outcomes. If a client is not getting results, that is a problem we address directly.
Compensation Reflects Your Impact
Our compensation model is built around the value you create for clients, not the hours you log. Senior practitioners who deliver exceptional outcomes earn more than the equivalent role at a large consulting firm. We share engagement economics transparently with every team member.

Why Join Us

What senior practitioners actually care about

We designed our compensation and working model around what experienced practitioners told us they wanted but could not find at large firms.

Above-Market Compensation
Our senior advisors earn 20 to 40% above comparable roles at large consulting firms. We share engagement economics transparently. No arbitrary compensation bands.
True Independence
No vendor referral arrangements. No platform partnerships that compromise advice. Your professional reputation depends on giving honest recommendations, and our model protects that.
Controlled Workload
Maximum 4 active client engagements. No 80-hour weeks. No utilization rate pressure. We hire senior talent and trust them to manage their time as professionals.
Peer Caliber Colleagues
You will work alongside practitioners who have built AI systems at Google, Microsoft, McKinsey, and Accenture. No mentoring junior staff. No carrying underperformers.
Remote-First Flexibility
On-site when clients need it. Remote for everything else. No mandatory office days. We measure outcomes, not presence. Work where you produce your best work.
High-Impact Work
Our engagements typically involve AI systems serving tens of thousands of users and generating measurable business outcomes in the hundreds of millions of dollars. The work is consequential.

What we are looking for

The single most important criterion for joining AI Advisory Practice is a verifiable track record of deploying enterprise AI systems to production. We define production as: a system serving real end users at organizational scale, making decisions that affect business outcomes, and operating reliably over an extended period.

Pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, and internal demos do not qualify. Academic publications and research experience are valuable but not sufficient on their own. We are looking for practitioners who have done the hard work of taking AI from idea to production in an enterprise environment.

If your background includes AI deployment at companies with 1,000+ employees, in roles where you personally built and shipped the system (not just oversaw it from a management layer), we want to hear from you.

We hire practitioners from technology companies, in-house enterprise AI teams, and boutique advisory firms. We do not typically hire from large consulting firm AI practices where the work is primarily strategic rather than technical and delivery-focused.
