Most AI consulting firms hire MBAs with no production experience and train them to advise enterprises. We do the opposite. Every advisor at AI Advisory Practice has personally deployed AI systems at enterprise scale before joining us. If your experience is primarily slide decks and workshops, this is not the right role.
We built this practice specifically to create a home for senior AI practitioners who are tired of advising from the sidelines and want to do the actual work.
We hire continuously for the right practitioners. If you have the background, reach out even if the timing is not perfect.
Lead enterprise AI strategy engagements with Fortune 500 clients across North America and Europe. You will assess AI readiness, develop multi-year AI roadmaps, and oversee implementation through to production deployment. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on technical depth.
Lead AI governance framework development and risk assessment for enterprise clients navigating the EU AI Act, sectoral AI regulations, and internal governance requirements. You will develop governance frameworks, assess model risk, and build AI policy infrastructure that enables responsible AI deployment at scale.
Lead enterprise GenAI deployments from strategy through production. This role covers LLM selection and evaluation, RAG architecture, prompt engineering at scale, agent frameworks, and change management for GenAI adoption. You will work directly with client engineering teams to deliver GenAI systems that produce measurable productivity outcomes.
Help enterprise clients close the gap between their data infrastructure and their AI ambitions. This role focuses on data architecture assessment, data quality frameworks, feature engineering strategy, and data governance as a foundational enabler of AI production outcomes. The most common reason enterprise AI fails is data, and this advisor solves that problem.
We designed our compensation and working model around what experienced practitioners told us they wanted but could not find at large firms.
We move quickly for the right candidates. Our entire process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks for senior practitioners.
No formal cover letter required. Tell us what you have built and why this practice is the right next step in your career.
The single most important criterion for joining AI Advisory Practice is a verifiable track record of deploying enterprise AI systems to production. We define production as: a system serving real end users at organizational scale, making decisions that affect business outcomes, and operating reliably over an extended period.
Pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, and internal demos do not qualify. Academic publications and research experience are valuable but not sufficient on their own. We are looking for practitioners who have done the hard work of taking AI from idea to production in an enterprise environment.
If your background includes AI deployment at companies with 1,000+ employees, in roles where you personally built and shipped the system (not just oversaw it from a management layer), we want to hear from you.
We hire practitioners from technology companies, in-house enterprise AI teams, and boutique advisory firms. We do not typically hire from large consulting firm AI practices where the work is primarily strategic rather than technical and delivery-focused.
