What exactly is included in the free assessment report?
The report covers your scored readiness across all 6 dimensions (Data Maturity, Technical Infrastructure, Organizational Capability, AI Governance, Use Case Clarity, and Leadership Alignment), a composite readiness score with percentile benchmark, a specific gap analysis identifying your 2 to 3 highest-risk readiness gaps, 3 to 5 prioritized use case recommendations calibrated to your current capabilities, and a 90-day action plan. Reports average 10 to 14 pages. The assessment is produced by a senior practitioner, not automated software.
Is this actually free? What is the catch?
The assessment is genuinely free with no strings attached. We produce it because it generates useful intelligence for us about the market, and because a significant percentage of assessment recipients become advisory clients when the report identifies issues they want to address. There is no automatic follow-up sales call unless you opt into the optional 30-minute debrief. You will not be added to a marketing email list without explicit consent.
Who produces the assessment report?
A senior partner reviews your submission and produces the report personally. We do not use automated scoring tools or junior analysts for this work. This is why the report takes 48 hours rather than being instant: it is being read and analyzed by a practitioner who has conducted more than 50 similar assessments and can contextualize your situation accurately.
How is this different from a vendor assessment or tool-based self-assessment?
Vendor assessments are designed to identify where their products can help you, not where your program is genuinely at risk. Tool-based self-assessments rely on self-reporting without the external context needed to interpret the answers accurately. Our assessment is produced by practitioners who have seen how the same answer to "how mature is your data infrastructure?" translates into radically different production outcomes depending on the specific context, industry, and use case.
We have already done an AI readiness assessment with another firm. Is this worth doing again?
It depends on what that assessment covered and who produced it. If the previous assessment was produced by a vendor with platform interests, a consulting firm using a standardized framework, or a team without hands-on production AI experience, the answer is often yes. The specific gaps we identify most frequently — data infrastructure quality at production scale, governance readiness for regulated industries, and MLOps infrastructure maturity — are consistently underweighted in standard framework assessments.
What happens to the information I provide?
Your information is used only to produce your assessment report and, if you request it, for the optional follow-up conversation. It is never shared with third parties, vendors, or technology partners. We do not sell data. Your information is retained for internal benchmarking purposes only, in anonymized aggregate form after your assessment is complete.
